You’re great at your job. You just don’t want it forever.
Traction is a 12-month membership for high achievers building a business on the side or making the leap. A year with a mentor in your corner, and no 100-hour weeks.
12-month membership · $5,000 in full or 4 payments of $1,500
You don’t have a time problem. You have a focus problem.
I remember 60-hour weeks, pouring myself into PowerPoints, and missing school functions for meetings that could have been an email. Some nights the stress was so much that I just cried.
What frustrated me most was where my energy was going. All I wanted was to do meaningful work for myself, and I had almost nothing left for it.
But I’m not here to tell you to hate your job. Your job is your oxygen. It pays the bills and funds the business you’re building until it’s ready for you to make the leap.
Here’s what I learned the hard way: I spent many of my few free hours working on the wrong things. More hours won’t fix that. Knowing exactly what to focus on with the time you have will.
Ever said any of these to yourself?
“I know I could build something incredible if I just had the time.”
“I’ll start when work calms down.”
“I don’t want to spend anything until I know it’ll work.”
“I just need to learn a bit more first.”
“I have five ideas and I can’t pick one.”
“What if I put it out there and nobody buys?”
“Who am I to charge for this?”
“I don’t want to look back and wish I’d gone for it.”
The ideas are there. The drive is there. What’s missing is a plan, and the push to start moving now.
Yes, that’s me. I’m ready to moveMost people don’t quit. They just get stuck.
Not because you’re lazy. You’re a high performer. At work, someone hands you the roadmap. When it’s your own business, there isn’t one. So you don’t know where to start, or where to go next.
You have the idea. Maybe five of them. You don’t know which one to pick or what step one even is, so you keep researching.
You got a few things done. A name, a logo, maybe a first client. Now what? Everything feels urgent, so nothing moves.
It’s working, kind of. But you can’t see the path from side income to something that could replace your paycheck.
Stuck isn’t a character flaw. It’s what happens without a map. Traction gives you the next step, every time.
What most people try. (I tried some of these too.)
Learn from everyone
“One more podcast episode. One more expert. Then I’ll know what to do.”
Everyone says something different. You end up with conflicting advice, 40 open tabs, and no idea where to start.
Wait until you’re ready
“Save a bit more. Plan a bit more. Then start.”
“Ready” keeps moving. Another year goes by and the idea is still a note on your phone that nobody has seen.
Do it all yourself
“Keep costs low. Learn every skill. Don’t pay anyone yet.”
You spend three weekends building a website and zero weekends finding customers.
You don’t need more information. You need a plan, a team, and someone who’s done it.
I opened a spa with 13 staff in 6 months. Without working until 4am.
When I started SOAK, I was a corporate executive working 60-hour weeks, with two little kids at home who needed me more than any meeting did.
I had an idea I couldn’t stop thinking about: a head and foot spa. Everyone assumes I must have stayed up until 4am to build it. I didn’t. I couldn’t. My days belonged to my job and my evenings belonged to my kids.
So I got ruthless about what mattered. I stopped spending my few free hours on things that didn’t move us closer to opening day. And instead of trying to do everything myself, I spent my startup money on people first: a designer, an assistant, a CPA, and a branding team. They built alongside me while I was still in back-to-back meetings.
Six months later, SOAK opened its doors.
It wasn’t perfect. I hired too fast, and I’d interview more carefully next time. That’s one of the first things I’ll help you get right.
I didn’t build SOAK by working harder than everyone else. I built it by focusing on the right things in the time I actually had. That’s exactly what I’ll help you do.

This isn’t a get-rich-overnight program. It’s a year with a mentor in your corner.
Real businesses aren’t built in a weekend. They’re built month by month. You lock in, do the work, get feedback, adjust, and grow. Traction is 12 months on purpose, because that’s what it takes to build something that lasts. If you’re willing to give it the time, I’ll bring the plan, the team, and the accountability.
Start this week. Grow all year.
Traction is a 12-month membership, because building something real takes more than a month. Pay in full and save $1,000, or spread it over 4 payments.

Do I need to quit my job to join?
No, and there’s no rush. Your job is the oxygen that funds your business while you build it. Traction is designed to fit around a full-time role. And if you’ve already made the leap, you’re in the right place too.
Do I need to already have a business?
No. Whether you have an idea or you’re already making sales, you’ll get a clear next step for where you are right now.
How long is the membership?
Traction is a 12-month membership. Building something real takes more than a month, and I want you here long enough to see it through.
How fast will I see results?
Honestly, it depends on where you’re starting and how consistently you show up. This isn’t a get-rich-overnight program. What you can count on is a clear next step every month, steady progress you can actually see, and a mentor in your corner the whole way.
What’s the difference between paying in full and the payment plan?
Nothing inside the membership changes. Pay $5,000 once, or make 4 payments of $1,500 ($6,000 total). Paying in full saves you $1,000.
When can I join?
Anytime. Your 12 months start the day you join, and you can jump into the next live coaching call and expert session right away.
What if I want 1:1 help?
Traction is group-based. If you want private coaching, book a 1:1 call and we’ll talk about what that looks like.
Another year of “someday” costs more than you think.
Your business deserves more than your leftover hours. Let’s get it moving, starting now.
